Exhibitor Information

The Kentucky Optometric Association’s Spring Conference will be April 16-18, 2026 in Lexington at the Hyatt Hotel and the Central Bank Center. KOA’s Annual Spring Conference will host over 450 optometrists and optometric staff. The KOA Exhibit Hall will be April 17-18 in Exhibit Hall B of the Central Bank Center.

Click here to view the exhibit registration packet. Exhibit booths are $1000 each for a 10X10 booth. The exhibit layout is on page 3 of the packet. The registration is on page 4 or you can register online by clicking on the online registration link below.

Exhibitors who register for the 2026 KOA Exhibit Hall will be able to check in and setup their booth beginning on Friday, April 17 at 12:00pm-5:00pm (eastern). The exhibit hall will open from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Friday, April 17 and 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, April 12. The exhibit hall has non-compete hours. There is a reception in the exhibit all on Friday and lunch is served in the exhibit hall on Saturday.
