The Kentucky Optometric Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization that provides educational and research assistance but not limited to scholarships and grants to optometrists and students engaged in training as optometric professional and other persons engaged in related research to enhance the quality of eye care available to the general public and to provide education and dissemination of information regarding eye care to the general public.

The KOF exhibits at a variety of health fairs and educational meetings each year to distribute eye/vision care information and educate the general public about eye care. The KOF offers a wide range of vision brochures free of charge. For a complete list see the information below.
