The Kentucky Optometric Association is committed to reducing the spread of COVID-19. The KOA will strictly comply with all CDC and Kentucky guidelines in effect at the time of the CE Event.
The Hotel has implemented policies for food handling, social distancing, and disinfection/sanitation. Seating will be limited at this event to one person per 6-foot table. There will be no seating in the back of the room.
By registering for the event, attendees expressly agree to comply with the guidelines of the CE Event. This will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- All individuals must wear a face mask at the CE Event location.
- All individuals must complete a COVID-19 health screening and release upon arrival. If a registered attendee is asked to leave because of a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19, the registration fee will be refunded.
- All individuals must comply with social distancing requirements.
- Once registered, attendees will receive additional safety instructions and precautions via email prior to the CE Event.
