Eye Physicians of Elizabethtown is a well-established, two-ophthalmologist practice seeking a motivated optometrist to join our team. The position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical and refractive eye care, as well as post-operative cataract management.
Founded in 1980, our practice serves a large surrounding region and is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We operate from a single, well-equipped location featuring an on-site optical shop, a modern EHR system, and a highly experienced support staff of 14 dedicated professionals.
Elizabethtown offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere, excellent quality of life, and a strong sense of community, while also benefiting from a regional hospital and convenient local amenities. Louisville’s metropolitan attractions are just 45 minutes away.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a production bonus, subsidized health insurance, a retirement plan, and the opportunity to maintain a full schedule from day one. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
